Summer is Here At Last!
And as usual, Laura and I are taking advantage of the great weather. My honey-do list has been growing exponentially.
We’re also working a lot on our health.
Laura and me, along with some members of the Essential Boomer Members Community, are in the middle of our 30-days without alcohol challenge.
It’s actually been way easier than we thought it would be. I find that it has increased the quality of my sleep, and my blood pressure has dipped down, though it wasn’t that high to start with. I think that doing sauna 4-5 days a week has had a significant impact on my BP and sleep too.
The downside to the 30-days without alcohol is that we are now totally addicted to Pelligrino mineral water. Well, maybe we’ll have a mineral water challenge coming up.

I also just released what is now one of my favorite, all-time podcasts. I just published an interview with Victoria Hahn, MS, RDN.
